By accessing or using Loomly DreamWeave (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Loomly DreamWeave is an AI-powered dream journal platform that allows users to record dreams, receive AI-generated interpretations, generate dream artwork, and engage with a community of dreamers. The Service is offered in both free and premium tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the dream entries and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Loomly a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

The dream interpretations, artwork, and story continuations generated by our AI are provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your dream content is never used to train AI models. Please review our Privacy commitments on our home page for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

One-time purchases (such as the Dream Art Pack) are non-refundable once the feature has been accessed.

9. Intellectual Property

The Loomly DreamWeave name, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Loomly and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the Service’s security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another user or person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loomly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
